RB Option 1 or RB Option 2

Just opened to ESPN NFL page and saw Steven Jackson in an ATLANTA uni. It got me to thinking...

Option 1: Leave the Rams team intact as it is right now with D Rich, Pead, and Stacy... We have a considerable amount of speed, talent, and youth. With youth comes mistakes mind you.

Options 2: The Rams were able to somehow keep SJ39 in horns. Imagine the holes he would have with the weapons we have on offense now. SJ39 may be slowing a bit, but you know what your going to get .

    Which would you guys prefer?

1, even though i love SJ and was sad to see him go

the new crop of backs seem okay...(we'll see about pead)

richardson could rush over 1,000 yards this season, just can't be dropping easy passes

once stacy gets healthier he'll get some good plays in for sure
cunningham could as well if he is able to push a pile of 1s like he was doing yesterday

though having a veteran back would be nice

    I'm living in the now.

Option 1: Leave the Rams team intact as it is right now with D Rich, Pead, and Stacy... We have a considerable amount of speed, talent, and youth. With youth comes mistakes mind you.

    D Rich, 4 for 24
    Pead 3 for 18
    Stacy 7 for 23
    Cunningham 5 for 20

    Total 85

Options 2: The Rams were able to somehow keep SJ39 in horns. Imagine the holes he would have with the weapons we have on offense now. SJ39 may be slowing a bit, but you know what your going to get .

    5 for 8 yards.....

I will take door number one sir!

I'll take option 1, having a fresh set of legs will tire out defenses and while Jackson was able to carry the workload on his own, he made the offense a little too predictable for my liking.

Agreed with the general consensus! Lets keep the youth movement going, I actually am excited about our young backs... Like most Peady gives me the most to ponder, I think he has the talent to be a good back. Especially in our share the wealth carries system. But his head worries me just a bit, hope DRich being his roomie is helping to keep his duldroms down or is it up? hmmm

Anyhow you know what I mean keep him in good spirits & positive outlooks!
