I agree. Then again, I don't think we have to hire a big name (Cameron, Bilick) in order to necessarily come out of this on top. I'm actually very intrigued by the possibility of Zampese, to be honest.

I agree with you Nick,it would be interesting to see what Zampese has to offer,maybe we will get lucky and hit it big with him.

If the Rams are going to go with a guy like Zampese or some other unknown commodity, then it's all a waste. I think they need all the help they can get when it comes to evaluating talent and it would have been nice to give the coaching staff a hands on chance to do it. How many more years until an actual owner is in place and the FO is fixed? Until then, all of this stuff is moot. Pick a topic and the Rams will likely screw it up.
