Exactly Tomahawk, the guy was obviously trying for a cheap buck and goaded him into a fight. Plus the whole story seems fishy as I'm a huge Jones-Drew fan, and I've one, never heard about this before, and two, it doesn't seem like Maurice in the least.

As for signing Manning, he has more potential than a few of our guys, but Wade has certainly come on well and Bartell is still good. Chicago's defense sucks now without Rivera, so it's not really Manning's fault he didn't do well. But still, I'd look at him if we have injuries, and until then, I'd leave him.

Oh, and according to that date for the "attack", Jones-Drew was still at UCLA, so that seems a bit off as well.
