    Ridgeway and Barker??

whatever happened to WR dante ridgeway, our 6th round pick from last year? is he dead or in NFL europe o what?? because i havent really heard what happened to him last.

Also, P Bryan Barker is very old (41 years old, I think) although he did a decent job last season. Should we look for a younger replacement through the draft (although he could end up like Hodges), sign a FA or resign Barker?

Ridgeway plays for the New York Jets. And I have no idea about our punter.

    Re: Ridgeway and Barker??

I hope Barker comes back for several reasons:
1 - IMHO the veteran FA punters aren't big enough improvements for the extra cost,
2 - the Rams have too many other needs to have to draft a kicker,
3 - St. Louis' horror show history of drafting kickers (somebody make sure Linehan knows about that),
4 - If they draft a punter, he'll be working under a staff that didn't exactly coach up Reggie Hodges.

I'd be happy if they retain Barker and can sign Steve Weatherford of Illinois as a rookie free agent for camp competition. If Barker retires, they're either stuck overpaying to get Dave Zastudil away from the Ravens or using a 4th- or 5th-round pick in the draft and crossing their fingers.

I believe reggie roby is going to have a tough time getting in shape for this season, given that he is dead as julius ceasar. RIP Reggie.

I think Frank Corral is still alive. He could kick AND punt.

    trade arch for brian moorman

as for ridgeway, the odds were stacked against him from the beggining with big game, issac, kc,mcdonald and looker taking up all breathing room at wr.

say what you want about us rams, but were armed to the teeth
