If Haslett doesn't get it Ryan should be the man, holding Tenn to 13 pts today shows me he can motivate and lead. That will be a refreshing change at Lamb central.
If he's selected we should be competitive with in 2-3 years with Billy D. as the GM.

Rob Ryan is the guy Eric Mangini brought in to be his DC, Rex Ryan is Baltimore DC. Holding Tennessee who killed themselves with Ball security and lost there best offensive weapon for almost 3 quarters. I think his success has more to do with his outstanding defensive personal than it does with his scheme. All his elite players with the exception of Haloti Ngata are Mike Nolan and Marvin Lewis hold overs. The defense is more Ozzie Newsome's than it is his. Our personal is nowhere near it needs to be for his scheme. IMO the best case scenario for the Rams would be the Broncos hiring Mcdaniels the Jets hiring Ryan and the Lions hring Schwartz leaving the Rams to choose between Spgnulo and Frazier the guys who should our top candidnates.
