I just don't think he's been effective enough in his previous opportunities and that he's living off the name and the legacy of his father.

You know, I honestly don't know how I feel about this possibility. On the one hand, Ryan is respected as a defensive mind. He's better than Dallas' defensive numbers this year would lead you to believe given the injuries they suffered. He's a high energy guy who isn't short on confidence.

On the other hand, Ryan comes from a family that is overbearing, to say the least. I don't know if his bluster or his style best befits the Rams, whose defense this season made great strides under tough circumstances.

Once again, I will put my faith in Fisher, in whom I am confident of making the right call here.

As far as I'm concerned I trust that Fisher knows exactly what he's doing and what type of person he's looking for. Non-story in my opinion.
