Smile Round 3 HC Game 6 coaches left.

We have gone from 24 down to 11 to 6. Four votes each and they are gone. Please remember to look at the poll prior to voting so you don't vote someone off that is already voted off. Changed the rules 4 votes and they are out.

The problem with the "vote off" approach, is that unknown and unqualified and unexciting guys don't get voted off.

It is amazing that Bates has made it this far. He's only been the Packers DC for one year, and frankly, I do not find the Pack's defense all that intimidating. Also, 59 is a bit too old for what I think we need.

The Green Bay Packers have arguably the worst personnel in terms of their secondary, have one quality linebacker on their roster, and have a decent defensive line. Also keep in mind they had a pretty poor offense, including a quarterback who put up a career year in turnovers.

Prior to being the Packers DC, he spent five years as the coordinator in Miami, producing one of the best defenses in the league over that span of time.

I'm not surprised Bates is still left, because he's a very good coach, IMO.
