Rumors on Jeff Zgonina
Rumors have him coming back to the Rams this year...
Our run D was at it's best when Jeff was a Ram.....
If the Rams can add him to the roster I will have more faith in this years Run D....
Although, this is just a rumor I'm not going to get my hopes up.....
Kennedy will step up this year and the Pickett has improved each and every season. The D line starters are very solid adding depth like Jeff will provide a fresh and experience line...
I know most of you have given up on Lewis. I have not and the reason is that I experience a foot injury in high school and it took almost 3 years before I felt comfortable going all out. The kind of injury Lewis had is very easy to aggrevate not only causes physical problems but it can mess with your head. I feared reinjury myself so I would avoid full contact if possible. When the fear is in your head you can not perform at your best. When the injury fully healed and I gained trust it was business as usual but it was a long journey. Lewis has made this journey and IMOP he will be the most improved player on this team.........
GO RAMS 12-4 Houston or bust....

Re: Rumors on Jeff Zgonina
I think Jeff could be a solid depth addition to the defensive line, but I probably wouldn't give up more than a sixth round choice to get him. He's 35 this season, but is coming off a decent 2004 campaign. That said, if a guy like Travis Henry can barely get a third as trade compensation, I'm not sure I'd give up much for Jeff.

Re: Rumors on Jeff Zgonina
That would be a very good pickup. Jeff would add very solid depth to the line.
With what I've been reading so far it looks like DLew and Kennedy are doing well. With Jackson, Little, Pickett, and Hardgrove, this line should be soild this year.
And it looks like Vontrell Jamison is showing he has tallent.
