It’s not over it’s just starting again…

Not the way anyone would like to go out but it happens, needs for next year and the bright spots.

Needs:

Special teams are bad, coverage and return teams. We need a speedy kick off returner, along with someone who can take it back to the house on punts, we have neither.

We need to get better athletes on special teams period, through the late rounds in the draft and FA. We might not want to carry 10 WR into camp when we know who is going to play WR.

LB these guys are fast but are just to small, we need a MLB that can bring it. D line is looking better but we still could use a vet in the middle.

FS Williams is done this is a real need.

Back up QB

Bright spots

Well if anyone did not think Curtis is for real that’s been answered big time!

Jackson should get the nod next year to take the starting job, big upgrade over Marshal last few years.

Marc once again took big steps, taking his team to the playoffs two years in a row and winning his first game on the road. He is just getting better each year!

Kennedy if he says healthy can play at a high level.

Hargrove came a long way this guy was not supposed to play as much as he did, big upside.

Martz won some big close game, not the easy blowouts; he got better as a head coach.

Mc Donald is starting to make big plays are number four is set.

Every team but One will come up short, we are going to be much better next year maybe they won’t just give the Hawks the title and a trip into the SB.

It has been another blast on the board this year, I will be in the draft board in the next coming weeks.

I agree. Our future is definitely looking bright. A lot of our recent draft picks are becoming key contributors. Let's just hope that the injury bug doesn't bite us so bad next year!
