THe only thing they could have done that may have made a difference was do more hurry up offense through out the game. You have an aging Bears defense that you could have maybe tired out. IMO

Yeah I didn't get the 5 wides and every time I saw them I wanted to strangle the OC.

Last week we saw a lot of quick throws, 1-3 step drops. I don't think we had one of those this week, sans the blitz read or two that Sam picked up. We never tried to run to the right side, and it looked like there was some options there. Richardson had some good runs early in the game, and then they forgot about him.

game could have been maybe 10-6 in the fourth, and maybe that pick doesn't happen, rams put themselves out of the game with early dumb penalties, but yes, that o-line, receiving core, need to get going

sucks schottenheimer didn't use the right gameplan, looked awful with so many pointless short passes, no real long range unless you count the dropped pass gibson had when he got himself open

Jackson flashed some speed last year. Without his speed lets use Jackson's great power to block for Richardson on screens.

Bradford rolled out early then quit. After the Int he and the offense waived the white flag.

Speaking of waiting for the Defense to adjust. WTH was that official doing preventing the RAMS from snapping the ball when they were gonna go for it on fourth and 3 (or whatever it was)???

I would like to have seen enough from the O to point at issues like this for another qustionable loss, but we earned that loss with a capitol L.

FWIW, the officiating was MUCH MORE tolerable than last week; SANS the Finny "fumble" that they again did not want to have to review.

Hate to say it, but this game remnded me of what I saw Shotty do in NY. That said, I think he'll rebound with a much better gameplan for Seattle (who has a verry underrated defense) next week.

The offensive line is the most essential part to every offense. With no running offense or time for a deep ball, this was a pretty easy day for the Bears defense...especially since they play that cover 2 D
