Re: Saint Louis Rams @ Seattle Seahawks / Your Predictions Please
ARE YOU GUYS STILL PREDICTING SCORES?!! HELLO??!! Didnt you all know that we are the worst team in the nfl and we always find ways to lose? Or are you just having that stubborn "unwavering fan support" no matter what happens attitude?
Look its good to be a fan and be positive. ITs another thing to realize reality. We are not going to be Seattle. THe reason being because our pass defense is horrible, we havent beaten seattle in like 8 meetings or so, and they are looking for THEIR first win as well as us, but they will get it because they OWN us.
13-10 DEFINITELY wont happen. Both these teams' defenses are not good enough and these team's offense's are pretty good ( well ours is SUPPOSE to be good anyway )
my prediction: Seahawks 31- Rams 21

Re: Saint Louis Rams @ Seattle Seahawks / Your Predictions Please
I'm not going to predict an actual score. But IF our O line actually shows up (instead of the guys currently playing) I think we will win by a single score. If the guys currently playing O line come instead I think we will get blown out. Not because I think the defense will cave in, but if the O line doesn't do their job, our defense will be on the field way too much.

Re: Saint Louis Rams @ Seattle Seahawks / Your Predictions Please
I honestly think the Rams can win this game. And I really hope they do.
Here is how: The niners played 5 DB's most of the game substituting a Safety (mark roman) for linebacker (manny lawson). We have done this twice and beaten them twice by shutting down their recievers and then pounding them with the run. This year I think it was a mistake even though we barely won in overtime and used more of a passing attack than a run attack.
The rams can afford to play more one on one coverage with this group of receivers. The key is getting to Hass, which the Niners did not do with any effectiveness. His back is sore, he is old, and given time in the pocket he is going to make plays. If the Rams can get to him and get to him early and lay a couple nice hits on his back, they can affect his play and take away the passing game. I have watched both Seattle games, and when their passing attack is disrupted, they don't have a solid workhorse like Alexander anymore to carry them. Julius Jones looked decent against us because we allowed him too with our small speedy defensive scheme aimed solely at stopping the pass, the Rams have to get to Hass quickly and early and stop the their mediocre run attack. The Rams have given up a lot of points, but only to two very very good teams. As bad as you guys think the Rams have been playing, The Hawks are down too and its time to step on them.
The Rams can win this game. Thats Marc freakin Bulger and Terry freakin Holt and with Jackson carrying the rock you have more offensive power than they do right now, you can win.
Rams 24

What you see is what you get, but what you see depends on where you stand.

I AM HEARBY CHANGING MY PREDICITON following coach-speak which says were gonna play worse. Although the compeition is worse, It looks like Saunders is gonna waive the white flag and just run Jackson all day into a brick wall - and tell the Seahawks that through the press.
Rams 13 - Seahawks 28

Re: Saint Louis Rams @ Seattle Seahawks / Your Predictions Please
Because the NFL is so unpredictable...
Rams 13
seachickens 10
I don't think their O will be very effective.. I'm hoping we can get ahead and pound Jackson with the rock and play keep away... maybe the seahawks score late.
I'm hoping the coaching staff has adjusted a bit and we can set up this running game with some short passes on 1st down..... eh.. who am I kidding?
