Which is scarier as a rams fan?
Which of the following thoughts is most horrifying:
1) One on one open field matchup on a must tackle to preserve a win at the end of the game- pick any runner you want, rich coady trying to make the tackle for us
or
2) Game on the Line, grant williams standing between bulger and julius peppers.

I'd go with Coady being scarier.
Both are likely to fall flat on their faces, but Williams, being the larger man, is more likely to accidently trip up the opponent in doing so.

Sure avenger, but playing devils advocate, coady, being able to move better than williams, is more likely to be able to run serpentine to force the runner to move sideways until aeneas can approach from behind and either make the tackle or cause a fumble.

Re: Which is scarier as a rams fan?
The fact that both of them are on the field at all is scary enough without having to decide which scenario would be worse.

I heard that in practice, Coady was blitzing, Williams whiffed on him, Coady missed the tackle on the QB, who dumped the ball to the RB. Williams then whiffed again on a block of Coady, who promptly missed the tackle on the RB. Then, they both exploded.

I'm not up on my e-language. Someone remind me what "ROFL" means?

Visions like this can only be cleansed with a thorough rinse of bleach and hydrocloric acid ...

Re: Which is scarier as a rams fan?
I've been asked by Nick to join this thread so as not to be hypocritical.
Apparently, suggesting that singling out Coady as the reason for the Rams poor performance on defense is such an affront to Nick's ego that I am left no other recourse but to apologize for such a deragatory, malice-filled thread, started (apparently) for the sole purpose of attacking the defenseless Nick.
I'm supposed to come to this thread and criticize every and all posters who are being critical of Rich Coady, so that I may stay consistent in my defense of the player.
Of course, I've never defended his play on the field or contradicted anyone who thought he was a poor player. I just thought it was inappropriate to single him out and add to that, I was sick of being visually reminded of the Rams being embarrassed on the field. These are all lies of course, just being used in my sinister plan to insult and defame Nick.
I've been staying up hours upon hours trying to come up with subtle ways to insult him. So subtle in fact that your wouldn't be able to identify the insult if you read it. That's how sneaky I am. Since I don't know him personally I obviously have plenty of ammunition to insult him where it really hurts.
So, to all of you that have singled out Coady as the reason for the poor defensive play(no one?) I think you're being rude, too. I hope that I haven't caused any undue fits of cryig with such a strongly worded insult but I am a cad and ruthless when it comes to tormenting someone.
