Actually, it doesn't matter to me. Those are 3 tough opponents on the road, but if they can't beat playoff contenders at they're stadiums, what does that say about the team? If they beat the "contenders" then that tells me more about the team than if they beat the pushovers.

Well, there's something to be said for a quick start. It builds confidence in the team and allows the new players to come together early. I'd rather have the tough games near the end of the season to build for the playoffs.

Yeah, I can understand that. On another similar note, I have never liked the Bye week. If a team is on a roll it can disrupt things and it's not fair for one team to have to take a break after only 2 games.

We have not even seen one play in the preseason and you are already talking it up. Easy.
I agree. There really is no point in speculating based on past events. Was anyone talking about how strong the Rams would still be without Turley and Kennedy and Gordon at the start of the season? No. But now all of sudden sh..tt happens ....

Schedule means nothing more than when to tune into the game ...

Don't get me wrong here because your right, partly anyway.
Avenger is just doing his job. It is a fans duty to look ahead at the schedule and make some shortish assessments. It is the job of the team to take it one game at a time. Actually one play at a time.

BTW Avenger you should reincarnate the sig you had previously which read "The ground game cometh"
I believe this will prove to be accurate.

I still think the running game will be the best barometer of the Rams' fortunes.

I kind of like this new sig pic, though. Can anyone guess where the photo was taken (not by me, by the way)?

I think we can rule out Kansas.
