Season over before it even starts.
How can we as fans sit through an entire season with this kind of product. We are not even being shown any hope unless you count the punter but, I dont see a punter scoring any points any time soon.
This is humiliating. I have never been so embarrassed as a Ram Fan. There is abolutly nothing to hold on to.
Can anyone give me a reason for hope in this season?

I'm waiting for Jackson to start his mouth up. Hey Steven, don't be surprised when nobody shows up at the dome this year! I know I wouldn't pay good money to watch us get killed!

Re: Season over before it even starts.
I've been a Ram fan for soooooo many years, and I've seen some bad teams, but today's exhibition was as bad as I've ever witnessed. I was embarrassed to be one of the few Ram fans seating in front of the Ram/Eagle game at the local pub.
...only good thing about this debacle, is that I'm going to save a ton of money wasted watching this product. I'll stay home and watch the Chargers.
The effort they put in was pathetic. The play-calling was unbelievable at times. The defense was laughable. I expected a loss, but this was a horrific effort by all. If I were Linehan, I would have benched every single starter in the third quarter and started the second and third stringers. They pay these guys millions of dollars for this?
USC would destroy this team. I can't believe I waited all year for this. It's only one game, but this was absolutely pathetic. There was nothing positive to take from this game. Whoever said "we're not a 3-13 team", may be right.
...2-14 is more like it, if the effort doesn't change.Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Re: Season over before it even starts.
Absoulutly no fire or motivation in the offense, seemed liked they cared less, could'nt wait to get to the gatorade bottles on the sideline,, something seriously wrong about this picture.. Where is the fire and passion ? We need a new Coach,, New Fire!

Re: Season over before it even starts.
The season isnt over after one game. However, if we dont dramatically improve both our pass rush and our offensive line play, it will be over before thanksgiving.

I see some coaches who what won't be around next year. The Rams should have drafted Matt Ryan. Bulger is the same as last year.

Re: Season over before it even starts.
You know... I really wish that we could be complaining about the execution, about how there were turnovers or one or two broken plays for long scores. But no, we can't. Because both sides of the ball were just simply owned, because it seemed like they already knew it was over. I didn't actually see any of the game, but I can tell from the chatroom and from the play by play that they really just didn't care. They were collecting their paychecks.
Whose fault is it for this loss? Scott Linehan. His only... ONLY... job this year is to fire up the players and get them ready to play. He got nothing today. I am always against firing coaches midseason, but you know what? F it. Go down to Alabama, get me a firebrand preacher, and replace Linehan now.
