So, worst case scenario is that the Redskins win next week and they will be tied with 4 other teams. So if thats the case, will the Rams still get the 2nd round pick? That is, if the other 4 teams lose and end up 4-12.

Pending late games, and MNF, they would swap places with Jags at #3.

A Rams win, a Skins loss.......hmmmmmm.... that blue & gold stocking is getting pretty well-stuffed....do I dare wish for an ATL win to sour the end of The Stick for all the little whiners in whinerville ?

While I would love to see a loss at the stick's last game, the NFL has already shown that they will not allow that to happen.

And according to my math, they could swap #4 with the Bucs, #5 with the Falcons, #6 with the Browns, and #7 with the Raiders.

Mostly due to the NFC East being the weakest division, the Redskins had the weakest schedule among all these 4-12 possibilities.

The Giants could give the Rams a late Christmas gift next Sunday, though.

Anything is possible with the SoS, but right now, the highest I see them going is #5, but more likely 4, IF they win their last game. I don't think they win at NYG. IF they can find a way to be the G-men, they do have a stronger schedule than Jags and Raiders, so I could see them going to 4th, IF (don't see it happening) they can win next week. Browns currently (pending late game and MNF) have .523 vs Skins' .519. Bucs are at .572, quite a difference.

Again, pending SNF and MNF, we have Skins' #2 and our #15.

Definitely a great situation for us any way you slice it. We can use that pick for an impact guy or trade down and parlay it into more selections. Plus as mentioned, we have our own pick. No reason to think Fisher and company won't put us in a great position next year.

If the Skins lose (a virtual lock) and Houston wins (vs Ten.), Rams will be holding the #1 pick.
