I guess Georgia could have come in to cheer up the troops....
More and more people are going to miss the Animal House lines since it is an old movie. It was made in 1978. The movie is older than a lot of people now.
It is a classic...
Now just whom would you have in mind there Rammer? LOL :)
We are a strong mob of Rams and ewes, yearlings and hoggetts. Tough as the mountain rock, resistant to losing seasons, hopeful and noble for better arietine battles and times ahead until once again we are feared by all.
...RAM ON! :bash:
The return of the Rams to Los Angeles....I still haven't given up faith.....
Happy New year, I'll drink to a prosperous new year for every ram fan across the globe , and our team...
I think we (LA/OC) would take the team with new ownership and a new stadium...
"Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life son!"
We (OC/LA) would take the Rams back in a nanosecond.
None of us were happy with how Georgia handled things, or how the Rams left, but that isn't going to keep us from welcoming the team back with open arms. I don't care if Osama Bin Laden is the owner, they are my team. :)
We are starving for NFL football here. I even bought season seats in Arizona two years ago so I could watch NFL games and to see Warner and the Rams play. I wear my Rams jersey to every Cardinals game.
And there are still tons of Rams fans in So Cal. When I wear my Rams jersey to the occasional Chargers game, I get compliments from everyone, and plenty of people tell me that they are displaced Rams fans. When I wear my Rams T-shirts around town, same thing. I have lost count of how many times someone has told me, "And here I thought I was the only Rams fan left in Orange County."
I have never lost my Rams pride. I will be wearing my Rams jersey at the Charger/Titan playoff game in San Diego on Sunday, and at the Packers/TBD NFC Divisional playoff game at Lambeau on January 12.
Always a Rams fan. :r
Ok, let's just get one thing straight....the Rams returning to LA is about as likely as Linehan being fired today. Ain't gonna happen.
Also, writers who claim the sky is falling on any sports franchise is just using it as filler for nothing else to write about. Teams go through peaks and valleys just like everything else in life. Heck, I remember when the Patriots SUCKED. This is the Not For Long league remember. We went 3-13 in 98 and won the Big One the next year.
Sounds like the Rams might be heading back to LA.
