SLOP Official Week 2 Press Release

Scott Linehan will not be the Rams' Head Coach in 2009. That much is clear. His "system," whatever that might be, does not work. This team has no heart, no direction, and no plan. Its a sad sight. The only questions at this point are "when?" and "how?" Will he be fired during the season, or after? Will he resign before the season is over? Perhaps there's a third question... is there any Rams fan out there today who is not a SLOP member?

While I agree he probably needs to go, I don't think it will change things that much. Something is rotten at Rams Park and the HC is only the tip of the iceberg.

When Linehan goes, I want Haslette gone too. I want to join in on JHOP. If that is in existence.

SLOP member here buddy!!!! Stamp my card twice as a matter of fact, I think this guy might actually resign before he gets canned. Nobody has enough balls to fire him and if they did they would surely hire someone worse to come in behind him. It's obvious to him now that he has lost this team and they have quit on him so I would'nt be shocked if he hangs it up during the bye week.

As a past supporter of Linehan, I'll have to admit I'm tired of seeing a lifeless team hit the field. Although Scott is not the one protecting the quarterback, nor running routes and catching balls, or defending the pass, the attitude that a winning team needs is not there. That's on him. He's got to be more of a leader. For some reason, neither Linehan nor Haslett are getting a total effort from their players.

But I want to see what happens this week in Seattle before I sign up for SLOP. I also believe that staying with Haslett is an even greater mistake. His defenses of the past two years have been putred.

While we're at it, can we hold our meetings at IHOP?

And can the theme song be "Scotty Doesn't Know" from Eurotrip?

We need to clean house. We need to start at the top. Has the St.Louis press tracked down the owner Chip and asked if he even cares whats going on with his team? Cause if he doesnt care we need to start a campaign to have it sold to someone who gives a you know what.

Linehan and his Clown Posse need to go but beyond that we need to clean out the Front Office of this Big Top Circus.

It looks like the Gatorade in Mizzou is tainted or something with KC and St.Louis Teams at the bottom of the football heap so don't let your Tigers drink that stuff.

We're going to sneek some of that Gatorade into the Sooners jugs when we play you for the Big 12 title.

You might need it! Me personally I'm very happy that the Big 12 is stepping up! I love to watch Mizzou what an exciting offense J.Maclin - Wow!. I was sad for T.Reesing Friday.

At least we have a great conferance to watch since our beloved Rams have taken the year off.

I will pass on the Gatorade but, might take one of your famous Makers n Cokes

SLOP! Sounds like a "Big Brother" dish, but I'm tired of eating it.

You already know I am with you AV.

I've been on the Linehan side of the fence for just over 2 seasons now. I'm still on his side of the fence and will probably be standing here by myself very soon if not already. It is tempting to climb that fence but that's the easy way out. I'm going to hang in here until I just can't take it anymore or Linehan gets us back on track. C'mon coach you can do it.

    SLAP!

    GO RAMS!!!
