According to a Sports Illustrated poll of current and former players, the smartest player in the league is Peyton Manning.
The Rams were the only team to have two players in the top 10, though - Marshall Faulk and Aeneas Williams.

His voice has always bothered me. It always seems like he's got flem buildup or something. That, and his nose looks funny.
BUT, when it comes to football, 22 td's and only 4 int's is pretty self-explanatory. I wish Bulger was that "dumb".
