So we drafted Bradford...what number? *UPDATE*
Right, so its over, we did go for Bradford. Guess i better change my attitude and cheer on this lad.
The most important question, i think we're all forgetting, is what number will he wear? Burton has no.14
Tough decisions

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
Give him #4.
I don't believe in taking a player's number away from him, especially when he has been in the roster/league longer[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Devaney, if you care about this team... fire the offensive coordinator!!!!

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
If Bradford wants 14, he can offer to pay Burton. That is the way these sort of things normally work.

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
Lets be honest guys, Bradford will probably pay Burton for number 14 and Burton will probably give it up. I hear guys that pay like 20,000 just for the number. Eli Manning sent Jeff Feagles and his family on a vacation so that he could wear number 10.

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
For the record, his High School jersey number was 16.
Bidding war between Burton and Amendola?
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
I would like to see him wear 7. He looks like a 7.

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
i`d like him to wear a single number..is not like there`s competition for those numbers other than from kickers..3 & 5 are taken, 7 is Bob "Stoneface" Waterfield`s retired number...
i`d like him to wear the number 6 or 8..6 being my first choice..and also its the number of points awarded for a TD..so it feels a good fit.

He shall wear #10

Re: So we drafted Bradford...what number?
According to the Rams' website, the following numbers are available...
4
6
8
10
12
15
And A.J. Feeley has yet to decide on a number, from what I can see.
I think either would work, though #16 is one of my favorite numbers for a QB. It's hard to imagine either Burton or Amendola refusing to give it to him if there's some incentive.

Hopefully that's a good sign for Gil Brandt's Troy Aikman comparison.

NUMBER 1! Wasn't he drafted "#1" and millions went into making SB #1?
Okay, #8 is fine.
