So what is our WR lineup going to be for week 7? Rep points for the right answer
So since we just traded for Brandon Lloyd what will our starting WR lineup be? I'm thinking it will go something like this:
1. Clayton/DX
2. Lloyd/ DX
3. Salas/Gibson
4. Pettis (returning duties)
5. Curry
We release MSW and I'm sure we are trying to trade or get something for MSW right this moment before we release him which I doubt we will able to. Kinda gray on Gibson, tired of him as a 1 or 2 WR.

Lloyd/DX
Clayton/MSW
Would look threatening! That would beat Cowboys!

1. Lloyd
2. DX
3. Salas
4. Clayton
5. Pettis
I'm tired of having Curry take up a WR spot. Just get someone who is on the regular roster to learn STs.

Good to know.

Mike Sims-Walker Tweets Farewell To St. Louis?
Turfshowtimes_tiny by Ryan Van Bibber on Oct 17, 2011 11:33 AM CDT in 2011 NFL Trade Deadline
With the St. Louis Rams close to swinging a deal for wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, the second part of that story sounds like Mike Sims-Walker has been released. Whether or not Sims-Walker has been released is not confirmed yet. Sims-Walker came awfully close with a cryptic tweet this morning.
Dropping Sims-Walker makes the most sense for the Rams. They would be unlikely to part ways with the rookies drafted this year, especially with those players starting to show signs of life.
The Rams may have sent a signal yesterday when they left Mike Sims-Walker on the inactive list. That move was ostensibly a matter of accountability, after his poor performances of late. However, he was practicing with the first team as recently as the week after the Washington game, when he collided with Bradley Fletcher.
Another move will have to be made soon with Mark Clayton schedule to come off the PUP list as soon as Wednesday.

Lloyd/DX
Salas/Pettis
Clayton/GibbyIf a team won their division seven straight times, that would be a NFL record. Now add on that team did it with seven different QB's in seven straight years, that record is unbeatable. To do that feat, you must of had a great Defense. Jack Youngblood was the captain of that defense.

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Mark Clayton is eligible to come off the PUP list this week. Clayton, along with fellow PUP listee CB Marquis Johnson, will begin practicing with the Rams this week. They may not be in action, however, for the Rams week 7 tilt with the Dallas Cowboys.
Head coach Steve Spagnuolo revealed that the team will make a decision on both players' availability after some practice time this week. Teams have three weeks to activate a player on the PUP list. If they do not get them on the active roster during that window, they become unavailable for the entire season.
Clayton would, obviously, like to play this week in Dallas, his hometown. Clayton is healthy, having recovered from a torn patellar tendon last year, but he has yet to have any exposure to Josh McDaniels' offensive system beyond the playbook and the film room. Other players on the team are still struggling with McDaniels' offense. That made Brandon Lloyd all the more attractive to a receiver-needy team like the Rams.

Lloyd & Gibson start, with DX, Pettis, and Salas off the bench. Thinking it might take more than a week of practice for Clayton to get back on the active roster.
