Some reserves I think we should resign...
Even though the season is over I think a couple of positives came to the forefront. We developed a couple of solid young players that can contribute very nicely.
Kenneth Darby- Sign this guy to a multi-yr contract today please. He can pick up blitzes and knows how to run precise routes... Sounds like a poor man Leon Washington to me.
James Hall- This guy has 6.5 sacks this year for us. Solid numbers for a backup. Bring in him for a rotation guy.
Jason Craft/ Ricky Manning- Before Manning got hurt he started to excel in STL. Remember this is the Manning who stole the game from us with Carolina... HE's physical and could be a solid nickel back for us.
Chris Chamberlin/Larry Grant- They lit up some people on special teams didn't they?
Eric Bassey- This guy flies down the field with reckless abandon. Give him a shot at S or something. He went to Oklahoma he has skills.
I LIKE THE MIX OF VETERAN/YOUNGER PLAYERS TO FILL OUT ROSTERS... THESE PLAYERS TO ME PROVED THEY BELONG NEXT YEAR ON THIS BALLCLUB

Re: Some reserves I think we should resign...
Good post. I have some doubts about Bassey though. I heard he was fast, but on that kick off return where we got burned, Bassey got burned by Norwood, while Jason Craft caught up to him from 10 yards back.
All the other guys I agree with. Craft has showed that he is a good corner. Darby has moves, and is pretty fast.

I have to agree with you. Bassey is fast. But he let one guy past him. Certainly that lost the game for us, but he's still a special teams talent we could use.
All of them should be resigned. They will be back ups and no more.

I would add Daniel Fells to this list.
