Someone needs to step up!

Through the first four games of this season, a few things have stood out that need to be changed for our record to. Now everyone has seen the mental errors such as dropped passes, protection miscues, and broken coverages.

One thing i've seen time and time again is the lack of leadership on the field. I think its about time Sam Bradford steps up and hold these guys accountable. I'm sick of watching his empty facial expression as they zoom in on him after a dropped pass or sack. I understand its only his second year, but he needs to understand hes the face of our franchise. He needs to realize he will be the leader of our team for the next decade, so he should play the role right. Now im not saying he should throw temper tantrums at every mistake, but he can't just keep chugging along with his mouth closed.

I know some of you will say "Hey, I've heard hes a leader in the locker room". That's fine. However, I want him to speak his mind on the field and light a damn forest fire under these guys asses.

P.S. I hope we see more of the hurry up O that has worked very well this season.

I understand what you mean but if he confronts players about boneheaded mistakes maybe just maybe they'll clear it up. Hes a good QB with loads of potential. I just want him to show some leadership on the field, thats all.

I have always felt that by the time someone says "someone needs to step up", it's too late.
