whats the website where you can get the channel listings on other nfl gamess

I dunno... when I open SOPCAST there is a list of channels and what they are airing. I simply selected from it. It seemed to work fairly well, I got to see the Rams Red Zone TD as I had to leave the house and missed the rest of the game. There is an option to "record" the game but I wasn't sure how that worked yet. Maybe it is like a DVR on sopcast itself?
