Now, id like to say, even though i initially put the P.A.S.S. movement in motion, i still love Spags and always have.
He is a solid great person and has a great mentality and loves his players, i think we all can see that.
Unfortunatly at this time in his life he is not fit to be a HC. maybe a few years from now he gets a 2nd chance and succeeds. maybe not. but none the less if i had my dream, Spags would stay on as DC(which i know is highly unlikely), but i can dream.
Spags is a great person and does his best, but hes just not ready for the role he took.
