Not sure if this has been posted before. I searched and didn't find it but sports science did a little thing on Mardy Gilyard. He seems pretty good with mechanics but what is his issue in the nfl?

Mardy gilyard learns the playbook in exactly 1.5 years. That is about 15 times longer than it took Mark Clayton.

Yeah I remember watching this, but its definitely worth a second look. I hope missing the offseason and learning a new playbook doesn't set Mardy back even more, because the kid has some natural ability.

I'm really hoping he doesn't turn into the WR of Vernon Gholston. That's a lot of untapped potential we have right here and it would sicken me if he's going to end up on the road to bust.

I agree. But I have faith in McDaniels, he seems to bring the best out in his WR's. Besides if not, he was a 4th round pick, not a high 1st rounder like Vernon.

Ahh **** we did, I guess being a good athlete is not always enough in the NFL... You also have to understand a complex gameplan.... But I hope he comes around, he sure has the physical tools for it.
