If I counted right, that's 58. So, w/o any UDFAs making the team, we lose 5 from that list. Not making any projections, just doing the math.

Eight of those listed are on the practice squad. Looks like we have three spots on the active roster open. Some of the UDFA have a real shot to make this club.

    Chase Reynolds
    Raymond Radway
    Nick Johnson
    Brandon Washington
    Mason Brodine
Maybe Clemens + add another cornerback/safety

    Wow..

Without SJ are running game looks almost negligible on paper. Whilst I appreciate DR had some nice gains early in the season, he needs to gain about 10lbs w/out losing speed and elusiveness to be a sustainable option for an every down back.

IP is still pretty much an unknown quantity at this level, and I really hope he does make good use of the opportunities afforded him this year. I'd like to see some 'physical thickness' develop from him also.

I'd start with TG and spell with DR and IP a lot more than they were used last season.

I sure hope Bradford gets plenty of stretching in that throwing arm this off season.

(Also, this roster is surely even younger than last year?!)

Total, probably nine. Whether that means five corners or five safeties, I don't know.

    ?
Could be. Could also be the other way, with McDonald @ SS and Stewart @ FS.

Rambos shared in another thread today that Fisher feels these two positions are interchangeable. Someone brought that up in the chat room this weekend as well. I've not heard that myself, but it would explain why the Rams didn't pursue a more traditional center fielder for the FS job.

I would offer a one-year deal to Quintin Mikell and, if he does not want it, to Kerry Rhodes.

I might consider Darryl Smith, though I wonder if he'd be interested given that he would probably not be a starter.

Beyond that, I think we have enough to work with for this year.
