St. Louis Rams punter Donnie Jones snubbed for Pro Bowl By Bill Coats
The Rams will have no representatives in Honolulu on Feb. 8, when the NFL’s all-stars gather for the Pro Bowl. That’s not terribly surprising, considering their 2-12 season. Still, punter Donnie Jones should’ve made the NFC squad instead of Jeff Feagles of the Giants. Consider the numbers:
Jones is averaging an NFL-high 50.2 yards per punt. If he maintains that pace, it would be a league record. Feagles’ average is a whopping 8 yards less — 44.0. They’re closer in net average, but again Jones has the edge, 40.9 yards to 40.1.

Since when does 50-44=8?Jones is averaging an NFL-high 50.2 yards per punt. If he maintains that pace, it would be a league record. Feagles’ average is a whopping 8 yards less — 44.0
This guy must of flunked math.
