Strong performance by QB Sam Bradford

He threw for 275 yards and two touchdowns for a rating of 104.1. He also had a couple of big time drives late in the game, more signs of progress.

IF a receiver to remain nameless would have lined up in the right spot, Sam would have had another deep ball of over 50 yards, in six games. That one was good for 80 as we all know. Sam would have been over 300 yards, with a win. He did have another big fourth quarter.

Shows how good he can be with a receiver he trusts and can create separation. Awesome display against the no.1 defense.

Just think what he will be like when we get some good WR's to go with Danny. Drool.

That last sack just killed me. But it i was really happy with his overall performance. He's more fun when he's got more time and his best targets in the game. By the way i didnt see any rust in Amendola whatsoever.

I was happy with his performance too, he did throw that dangerous pass that almost got intercepted but he played well overall. It really shows how much Danny makes a difference. We need that #1 receiver to compliment Danny though.

That last touchdown drive was awesome. That's what I've been waiting for from Sam! Production during crunch time! There's no doubt that Sam is a franchise QB and I'm very happy that we have him!

Whatever it is, Bradford really turns it on for the 4th quarter of games. That's a nice trait to have. Maybe Fisher will sit the team down with a rulebook this week so they can re-learn the game and prevent a couple of those penalties next week.

Imagine if Bradford can get the team fired up and play like that all 4 quarters

It's worth noting that Sam Bradford currently boasts the fifth-best 4th quarter QB rating in the league with a 97.4. Only four quarterbacks - Cutler (135.0), Peyton Manning (121.8), Rodgers (107.7), and Stafford (103.8) - have better efficiency marks in the final quarter of regulation this season.

And don't forget about a viable TE option.

I would not mind getting another TE 6-5 or so... but Kendrick is not getting his just do, the announcer at one point said Kendricks is the best player in the game for the Rams yesterday. He was making some great blocks against a tough D line. He also had 3 catches for 48 yards. Not sure how many targets but he needs to be used more, he's not dropping balls that like last year.

Strong performance by QB Sam Bradford

In regards to the sack - what do you all think the ***** were doing on defense? Crowding the line? It wasnt a run play, it was the most obvious passing down of the entire game. If the Rams receivers were open at all downfield then they are a lot better than we have been giving them credit for.

Sam Bradford just cant win with some of you. Take the sack and he had no heart. Throw downfield into double or triple coverage and he potentially costs the team a win. It was the best play possible outside of scrambling to throw it away, and even then he might have fumbled it! Like I said, cant win with you guys.

    Mr. Mo,

If he could have scrambled and threw the ball away it does two things:
1.) It prevents a loss of yardage
    2.) It stops the clock

Sam is actually more athletic than many realize; he could have at least gotten out of the tackle box and made attempt to throw it away. At that point in the game there was not enough time to assume the fetal position.

I'll wager when Sam reviews the film he may come to the same conclusion.

Agreed. Just one additional receiver that is remotely comparable to Amendola would make a huge difference. It's frustrating to see Bradford playing with one arm tied behind his back, knowing he can light it up when given the opoortunity. "Drool" is a good way to describe the possibilities.
