Sunday's Game Against Buffalo Will Be Linehan's Last

Scott Linehan should enjoy his time as Head Coach this week. It will be the last time he will be the Rams' Head Coach. In fact, it will be the last time he'll ever be an NFL Head Coach.

The Linehan Era ends this week.

    You heard it here first.

Do you really think that Chip cares or is paying attention? I am not doubting your prediction. I agree that it should happen but will it really??

I was listening to NFL talk radio this evening on the way home from the gym.
Scott Linehan being on the hot seat came up. Tim Ryan and Pat Kirwan were the guys discussing this issue. They both feel like Linehan will be fired but not until the regular season is over. Their feeling is that it serves no purpose to fire him before that.

If that is true it is going be a long season, I hope they would make a move to show they give a hoot.

If that's the case, then it serves no purpose to give this franchise any money this year.

He cared enough to issue that statement, which apparently has Linehan up in a tizzy this week, knowing that the bye week is next, and that's the most logical time to fire a coach.

Further, if Chip doesn't care, then he should certainly care about how much he can sell the team for, and as a part of that, he must know that Linehan is dropping his bottom line with every day that he's allowed to stay.

That is why I agree with Av, and I couldn't be happier if he is fired.

I really don't think they're going to fire him until the season's over- I just don't see Zagnut admiting he made two mistakes- one by hiring him and then another by bringing him back.

How in the world can these "experts" say that it makes no sense? Does it not make sense to try to fix something that is broken? After only three games do you just concede that the season is lost and there is nothing that can be done to turn it round? With that kid of thinking, maybe congress should not act on any solution to resolving our economic crisis until the next president takes office. What a couple of morons. Give me a break!

Avenger do you have some inside scoop or are you just predicting the future for Linehan?

It would make me very happy if this was his last week acting as Head Coach.

If (When?) Linehan is fired, what will SLOP do next? Terrorize his wife?
