    Supplemental Draft

Should the Rams make a move in the upcoming supplemental draft? As of right now no one has officially decalred, but their are a couple of interesting possibilities.

CB Oliver Gibson [Georgia] Not a huge position of need and someone will likely bid quiet high for him.

The guy that I am more interested in is,

OT Jared Gaither [Maryland] The Rams do not have a huge need at OT right now, but Orlando Pace is aging and injuring and a replacement will need to be found in the next few years. By bringing in Gaither right now the Rams can develop him into the LT or RT of the future or in the best case start at LG.

Gaither has immense size [6'9" 328lbs.] and ability and in my opinion it would be well worth bidding a 2nd or 3rd round pick for him.

I agree, but I think that the Rams are set at CB with great youth and depth.

we are very deep at corner thanks to the of season additions of wade and walls who has good size. Tye hill played great , Fakir Brown has been playing very well and Ron Bartell is a great nickel

    Re: Supplemental Draft

The supplemental draft is a kind of silent auction for the NFL. I'm not sure the perameters around it, however in general, it's for players who end up becoming ineligible for the coming college season. Teams will bid a draft choice from next year's draft and the highest bid wins. I'm not sure who wins in a round tie however, I'd imagine it goes the same order as this years draft.

Would the supplemental draft include AFL and CFL players?
