talking with a Charger fan about our past drafts.
Today me and a good friend, the "Charger fan" were talking and he brought up how he cant stand AJ Smith, but loves his drafts. So as were talking he starts laughing and started naming all our "Rams" draft busts. And wow!
Damion lewis
jimmy kenedy
Robert thomas
trung canadate
ty hill
carraker
flopienstien
brian lenard
arcaletta
pisa
alex barron
I know I forgot some, but you get the point. These are all first a second round pics I believe. I do have a question the, who is the next player closest to being a bust? I thinks its Avery for lots of things but manly because everybody knows we should have drafted D Jackson. And I didnt bring up the FA busts..LOlLast edited by BEER; -08-19-2010 at 07:32 PM.

Re: talking with a Charger fan about our past drafts.
I thought Pisa was a good draft pick. Good value for a second round pick. He was grossly overpaid by us in his second contract but he was not a bust for a second round pick

Re: talking with a Charger fan about our past drafts.
You're an idiot. Some of them you listed are not busts- pisa, thomas, barron, and carriker. they're all solid players. the rest are busts, yes.

Archuleta belongs on that list. Started out strong but then faded into oblivion. What was his name? Crouch? the Martz expieriment from Qb to return man that never ever happened.

Trung Canadate was not a bust, waisted pick maybe, but not a bust. We had M Faulk at the time and R Holcomb. It is hard to shine in a pass happy system that we had.
GO RAMS

Yeah San Diego will never forget the biggest bust in NFL history. And it's sad I have his jersey too. Hahaha yeah Ryan Leaf!!!!

Pisa Tinoisamoa is not a bust. At all. I don't see how a second round linebacker who lead the team in tackles multiple times is a bust. He suffered from injuries, but he looks to still be getting a chance to start with the Bears

Re: talking with a Charger fan about our past drafts.
Of course, the Championship scoreboard reads:
Super Bowl:
Rams 1
Chargers 0
Conference (post-merger):
Rams 3
Chargers 1
League (pre-merger)
Rams 2
Chargers 1
Not sure Chargers fans have all that much to gloat about.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!
