    na jerome carter signed like 2 days after the draft last year, so i believe its just the matter agents and the team working out a contract...

    Jerome Carter wanted to make a statement to the team, that he was ready to go to work. I admire his character for it, but it probably cost him some money. I'm not going to criticize anyone for trying to get a fair contract, even if they don't sign until the week before training camp.

    The FO has a lot on their plates right now, so who's to say their door is even open for agents to negotiate at this point?

    I'd guess so but you never know. I can't wait until they sign and are "Officially" Rams!
