Packers and Lions both need a solid RB and Murray has been banged up for the Cowboys. All 3 of these teams still have a chance to make the playoffs so I would be ok with him going to one of these teams for a 3rd rounder.

The Lions just drafted Leshoure last season and Joique Bell has been a pleasant suprise for them. The Cowboys expect Murray back soon enough. That eliminates 2 of the 3, and if the Rams don't settle for less than a 3rd rounder as has been reported they wouldn't, that likely eliminates all three of your teams.

I think you could make a case for the Jets, Steelers, Jaguars, Packers, and Cardinals. But Jackson's current salary, 2013 free agent status, and age make it a tough sell for other NFL teams in my opinion.
