Anyway...

This has really been a great week for us as Rams fans. While most of us realize that more hard times might be ahead, having a 2-2 record and sitting at the top of the division standings this week has allowed us to do a few things we have not been able to do for a long time.

For example:

How long has it been since we looked at our division-mates and said, "Wow, we're the most stable team of the bunch!"

How long has it been since we could look forward to a Sunday of watching Rams football AND scoreboard watching to see how the rest of division is doing?

How long has it been since we could use the words "Rams," "win" and "division" in the same sentence (without also using "not," "won't" or "no chance.").

How long has it been since we could look for articles in the national media about the Rams... and actually find some!

How long has it been since we could read articles about the Rams in the national media... and not cringe!

How long has it been since we cared about power rankings?

Right now, we're in the game. I don't know how long it will last, but for now... it feels pretty darn good.

Sure feels good to be a Ram fan these days. I for one am very optimistic for the rest of the season and believe Spags will not allow this team to relax and not prepare for any upcoming team. We SHOULD be able to win the division by beating ***** at least once, Arizona at their place and Seattle one more time.
