Think about it! Who does he remind you of coming out of college?
Tim McGarigle, LB, 6-0, 240, Northwestern.........reminds me of MLB London Fletcher, out of John Carroll. Both knocked for being undersized. Both knocked for having faced inferior compitetion. Both highly productive setting school, conference and division level records for tackles. Same speed. Same weight. McGarigle taller. Both sideline to sideline tackling machines.
Maybe deju vu all over again?????
Re: Think about it! Wo does he remind you of coming out of college?
Lets hope and pray so, but i do think London was a one-off!
his vision of always knowing where the ball was gonna be,i think was the thing that set him apart from the others!
Man,Fletch was AWESOME!!!!
If McGarigle is half the player he was for us then weve got a steal!
Re: Think about it! Wo does he remind you of coming out of college?
Nice post, Sparker but I believe Fletch was timed at a faster speed than McGarigle. However, with all the tackles McGarigle made hopefully he can bring those instincts to the Rams and do a job for us!
WHAT SAY YE?
Re: Think about it! Wo does he remind you of coming out of college?
London Fletcher always receives a moment of silence when tx starts to type.........
Let's hope McGarigle has a heart half the size of Fletcher. Fletcher was the heart, mind, and soul of the defense. He was the catalyst. He's the #1 Ram that is missed more than anyone EVER in the history of the St. Louis Rams.
Anyone.

Tim McGarigle reminds me of that linebacker that played for Northwestern and holds the all time Division 1A tackle leader.

I have never agreed so wholeheartedly with a post since i entered cyberworld be that on a sporting or non sporting forum/site!!!
fletch is my favourite ram since i became one(1983) it aint no coincidence that we got to 2 superbowls with him and aint got close since he left!
hell i would have cut off my testicles with a rusty penknife if it meant he stayed a ram for life, women&sex are a pleasurable pastime-Fletch and the rams was Heaven on earth!!!

UMMMMMM....I agree the Rams screwed up big time when they let Fletcher get away....but the #1 missed Ram in the history of the franchise? Dickerson, Bettis, Slater, the fearsome foursome, Jack Youngblood,...etc. That's an awfully big list you are going against. So I would hold up there cowboy!!!!
