Re: For those who complained about the signing of A.J. Feeley...
If we draft Bradford......I guarantee you he starts from day one. This kid is smart and has all the tools. I still say Suh is the better start but if we can pull a somewhat decent line together, Bradford is gonna shine. He will put the ball where even an average WR will have no other option than to catch it!!!

He is certainly not going to put the ball right on a receivers hands if he is lying flat on his ass because we cant pass protect, as his been our problem for years.

Re: For those who complained about the signing of A.J. Feeley...
Considering the value of the moves on the value chart:
Moving down the 20 spots in the second round is worth 200 points.
Giving up a 3rd rounder NEXT year is worth a mid-4th rounder this year or 70 points.
That means they gave up the value of a late 2nd round pick to get the kid. Sort of makes you wonder about how they perceive the quality of QBs that they believe will be available in the 3rd round.

Re: For those who complained about the signing of A.J. Feeley...
I think Feely should be our starter. What do we have to loose? We were 3-13 then 2-14 and now 1-15. He can't hurt our chances to win a game, unless we plan on playing the Lions 15 times a year.

Re: For those who complained about the signing of A.J. Feeley...
That in fact makes sense.
a) Bulger likely to leave -- I wonder what the monetary implications will end up being but that's a slightly different scheme.
b) Feely is a 'proven' veteran, reliable at least to keep business running; with better success?
c) The Rams may well go for a QB either 1st or 2nd round ... Bradford / McCoy, etc.
d) Feely mentors rookie QB, helps to introduce him to the NFL.
I'm fine with Feely.
And Welcome Whttgr!
