So the guy just got canned. As I said before he did a heck of job with the offense in San Diego. We also like to hire guys from Miami. I think he would be a nice fit as our OC.

The one bright spot of the Dolphins season is that they actually formed a pretty good offensive line between vets and rookies. That paired with the already noted success in San Diego as a coordinator shows me enough that the Rams really need to pursue him. Honestly, he can't be worse than Olsen, and if we want Jax to be the top back we think he is while still having a balanced gameplan, I think he's the guy.
Yeah it looks like his teams have the ability to run the ball which is what I THINK this teams offensive philosphy is trying to get to(why we have to many TE's). He never had the talented wideouts that we have and we also have a capable tightend. And to boot we have seen SJAX throw the ball to McMichael. I think LT did that about 10 times in San Diego.Quote:
