    Thoughts on Lamar Gordon?

Eagles fan here. I remember a lot of Rams fans being high on him when he was a Ram. He was traded to Miami and played behind a crappy offensive line and in a bad offense. Do you think he can resurrect his career as an Eagle? Eagles have a good offensive line and a great coaching staff that can scheme. Any thoughts you could pass my way, I'd sure appreciate them.

    thanks!

I was always a Gordon fan...thought he under-performed in Miami. Expected more from him. In his defense, however, their line DID suck. His size advantage over Buckhalter should help you, especially in the Red Zone. Could (and should) be a good 3rd down/change of pace back. Again, always liked his size/speed combo.

Possible career under-achiever, though. Wish I could say "Good Luck" but, NFC rivals and all.......choke on him!

Gordon should do well behind the Eagles offensive line as a change-of-pace back from Westbrook. He's bigger, with good vision and agility, but durability and ball security have been issues with him in the past. He'll be a more than servicable back-up though.

I don't think Gordon can take the pounding 15-20 carries a game.. Seems like he gets lot of ankle/leg injuries.

His penchant for fumbling always seemed to keep him in the Dog house. He'll have an EXCELLENT O-Line in Philly. I'm sure Gordon is happy as pie.
