It helps me if I break it down into smaller, more manageble chunks. For example, 42 days until I head to Macomb; 57 days until the rams first preseason game, 68 days until the rams have their first nationally televised preseason game etc. Nothing beats the start of the actual season, but these small steps seem to be nice little breaks along the way.
