Time to go totaly youth

I think its time for a complete youth movement IMO, there is no way Linny can save his job. I say play the young kids and show a promising future. I would make it look something like this

QB- Doesn't make a difference draft or trade for a young guy in 09
WR1- Holt
WR2- Avery
Wr3- Insert Random vet untill Burton gets back
HB- S-Jax
FB- Kreider (someones has to run block and it wont be leonard)
OT- Pace
OG- Bell
C- ????
RG- Grecco
RT- Barron (tackles have played fairly well this year)

Defense
LE- Adenyanju
NT- Ryan
UT- Carriker
DE- Long
WLB- Chris Chamberlin (I like him give him a shot)
MLB- Spoon
SLB- Culberson
CB- Bartell
CB- Justin King (still better than Tye hill on IR) just kidding Ricky Manning Jr./ Wade, for now
CB- Craft
FS- Otogwe (where has he been?)
SS- Tod Johnson

I agree, if we are going to be bad (which so far, i see no reason we wont be) then lets let the young guys have a shot. No reason not to, we know what we have in the old guys its the younger ones that we need to see. Worst case, we end up with the 1st overall

This is what the Bills did starting 3 years ago. We dumped all our vets who were causing more locker room problems than they were worth and were a bunch of "Me First" type of players and we started drafting young players who had a lot of character. Marv Levy and Dick Jauron took a lot of heat from the local media and many fans about doing this but now 3 years later we are in sole possession of 1st place in the AFC East and our young players have matured into possibly one of the best teams we've had since the early 1990's when we made our Super Bowl runs.
