That's what I said last year, and the year before that. But that was with Bulger on the team and now we have Bradford, so we'll see.

I am really hoping that some of our 2nd/3rd year players step up, and even rookies. I mean we have about 6 receivers, and only 1 needs to be a serious threat. Laurent, Avery, and Gibson all showed they have the potential to be a #1.

Our defense is looking real nice. I hope they create some serious team chemistry. With a good defense and awesome running game, Sam will have an easier time with the transition into the NFL.

GO RAMS!!!!!!!!!!! (Hoping for at least 5+ wins).

Hate to be a party popper. But,
We don't have a number one wide receiver.
We don't have anything resembling a respectable back up running back.
We are starting, one second year tackle and a rookie tackle on the o-line.
The D-line in setup to contain, without any stud bull rushers to collapse the pocket.
The best linebackers are a second year player and a 7th round draft pick.

I see a solid team with depth, but not enough play makers. Will be good, but I think it will take time to develop and a few more key players.

How are u to know we don't now have a number one reciever? Because last year we didn't, well we also didn't have gillyard and robinson was injuried early. We do have two new linebackers so idk how u know who's the best out of those. We have made additions to the d-line so again we should be improved from last year. And I really like ogbonnaya as a backup for steven jackson. So for u to be so pesmistic about the outcome of the 2010 season seems unjustified.

Look, brother. I know it might seem like I'm trying to give you a hard time, but I'm really not. Just, step back a minute, look at the Rams roster and look at the roster of playoff teams. Play off teams are built with veteran players and a few impact rookies and second year players. That's just how it is.

Yeah but we all thought "Bernard Berrian" would be the starter for the vikings. Who was Sidney Rice? Then he got Favre, and now look what he is. I truly do believe Laurent Robinson will do great this year.

He showed he is capable of doing it with the little time he had on the field. He just has to stay healthy.

That's not how it is though. Any team can come out of no where doesn't matter what happened previous years. Look at the jets they went to the afc champonship with a rookie qb and good running (which we have). Your not givin me a hard time I'm just trying to backup my beliefs in hopes of changing your opinion on the 2010 rams. We do have vetern players (sjax, jacob bell, jason brown, oj, fred robbins, and hopefully avery and robinson), we hopefully have impact rookies in bradford, fendi, rodger saffold, gillyard and good second year players in james lauranitis , ogbonnaya and jason smith just to name a few of each category that we have. Not trying to argue with ya just trying to share my opinion of the rams this year.

Its time to start the band wagon up now if it wasnt when I first posted this.

Anyone here want to rethink what they said? I know a few should be eating their words right now.

Flip my friend, you are hilarious! I love your pictures. The crow, and the beating of the dead horse are brilliant. I was horribly wrong about Laurent Robinson. Sheesh. Was right about the defense though.

Haven't got off the bandwagon since 1996! I am always willing to make room for more to climb aboard if they want.

    GO RAMS!

    Re: Is it time yet?

    Hmm.

    July, 8th, 2010

All I will say is this.

We don't know if we're devoid of talent..or brimming with it. We won't know what we have until a few games into the season. Who knows what will click in some of these young guy's heads? Who knows what a change of scenery and a "scheme fit" will do for the former first rounder Bob Carpenter? Will the super smart and talented Bradford get it sooner or later?

It is proven to be unwise to deal in absolutes when concerning players in the NFL. You never know who relapses or who takes off in any given year.

The 2010 Rams are about as unknown a quantity as is in the NFL. Playoffs aren't impossible and neither is a 2 win season.

For my money I expect us to definetely surprise people and pull off a few upsets. As bad as last year's team was and as much injuries as we limped through.....how many games we decided by a touchdown or less?

Missed on the bobbie Carpenter deal, but ummmm..........told you guys so...
