Tough game
3 misses by the rookie, dont blame him as there was some tough kicks there.
Bradford was superb. Defence was great.
What the heck is going on with the stupid penalties?

Re: Tough game
2 tough kicks and one he should've been able to push through but he'll learn.
Bradford did really well and was coming up big near the end but the oline broke. One can only hope that it gets better when Saffold and Wells get back on the field. Or on the field at all for Wells - has he even played a down?

Re: Tough game
The penalties were annoying. How about the contribution from the young player though? A couple of individual mistakes were the difference today, with time those will be ironed out.

Re: Tough game
We just shot ourselves in the foot too many times. GZ gets blame for missing 32 yarder, not the other two. Still, we've been in every game. Progress.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: Tough game
Definitely good progress all round, but I still hate seeing the Rams throw away games in this fashion. Especially when we could have gone 4-2, and got a confidence boosting road victory. Next time, eh. ! Boy, the Rams missed Amendola today. Kudos to Gibson and Bradford though, with some good play on offense. Unlucky Rams.

Tough game
We score TDS we win ... Simple as that... We must have the worst red zone % the last 8 years running.

Re: Tough game
It comes down to the patched up offensive line. It's robbed half of Schotties playbook with the running backs and tightends serving as blockers.
And how in the blazes did Bradford escape that goal line sneak without getting broken ankles or a broken neck?Patient, not saintly.

But the good thing is: I think we found some keepers

Re: Tough game
Red zone inefficiency, not being able to finish drives, bad special teams play, a blown coverage for a TD and stupid penalties. We also forced no turnovers. That said, we outplayed 'em on both sides of the football- and i take no comfort in a close loss. The game was there to be won. And with three monster teams coming up in a row on our schedule, that loss was huge. We're gonna' have to steal one along the way

Re: Tough game
Ths game was what I fully expected to see. The young Rams are not ready to win on the road BUT they are getting closer and they will break through on this soon. But, I never expected a playoff year, was quoted as happy to see them not getting blown out and to be competitive till the final whistle. They have met my expectations so far and with some better discipline on both sides of ball we will break through on the road....I predicted a 4-12 year but after the first six weeks we may actually go 7-9/8-8......and while that is not great FOR the Rams it is a huge step in the right direction.....look out for these guy's next year FOR SURE

Re: Tough game
Tough to see the player we drafted at the top of round one get whomped in the ass by an on target Bradford pass when we really needed that completion .. Quick took off and never looked back. Maybe next week huh? Better than saying maybe next year! We are no longer SOSAR !!! We lost, but we played tough - no quit in our team this year .. Thank you Jeff Fisher!

Re: Tough game
Tough loss no question. We are learning and experiencing the nuances of the NFL each week. Most importantly as Jeff Fisher said when he arrived, we will compete and he has lived up to his word. I have no doubt that we'll win a game or two that will erase the memory of this one.
For those of you who've been long time time Ram fans you will recall, we have never played well against the Dolphins in Miami regardless of how our season is going or theirs.
What I think yesterday taught us is that when our defense isn't playing lights out like we did against Arizona, our offense will have to carry the load and while the stats for Sam looked good, they didn't get it done. We'll get there either later this season or next, but we'll get there. On to the Packers.
Go Rams!
