Training Camp information please

I'm going to be in St. Louis on (or around) August 4th this year and I wanted to know if anyone has details on when and where the Rams are holding training camp. I know they've moved it this year from their normal spot out in the boonies, but I don't know if they're actually going to be in St. Louis. Also, can you just show up and watch them practice?

Training camp is being held at Rams Park in Earth City. It sounds like the fields behind the complex is most of the practices will be held. Here is a list of the dates, times and which practices are open.
