tx quote earlier in season..

Quote:
I said it last week and I'll say it again this week, the Patriots game wasn't that important to me. Yes, need to win every one of them but if Martz and the gang win out against the NFC West.....then shoot me and bury me face down so every stinking one of you can kiss my TEXAS backside because the Rams will be in the playoffs
This was a thread from earlier in the season. You guys can bury me face down but don't shoot me yet.

Re: tx quote earlier in season..

Well, they did make the playoffs, so I think that is why you bring this up... You had more faith than I at that point in the season.

However, as for the Pats game, I was disgusted at the game planning and perfomance the Rams gave in that game. True, division games are more important, but when a team comes to your house and they are the reigning SB champions (not too mention they beat you in the Superbowl the last time you were there) you HAVE to step up and put yourself to the test of how you stand vs. the cream of the crop in the NFL, and the Rams failed the entire test.

Re: tx quote earlier in season..

That's alright, I didn't think this team was all that talented anyway. Way too many injuries and much too soft defensively.

Let's see how this offseason shapes up.
