TX your thoughts on Haslett are as our DC
TX good to see you back, hope all is well. Just wanted to know how you feel about the hiring of Haslett and the direction of our D in the years to come. Can he get this current roster to play at a higher level?

i believe he can come in here and make an immediate difference just like lovie did back in 2001... can they do some damage with the same roster on defense i dont think so, they need one or two pieces to make a difference

Glad to be back everyone, and hola to you also Jorge.
Yes, I honestly think Haslett as DC is great. New Orleans always produced a stubborn defense and I think Haslett's demeanor is exactly what this team needs. An in your face, what are you going to do for me today, type of defensive coordinator. Let's not forget though, he doesn't have alot to work with on this current roster. However, let's see what lineup looks like on opening day.
