Reports are left knee last night, which would be the same as last year's ACL. Definitely appeared to be left knee too.

Wow, I guess I shouldn't be shocked they take weekends off. Thanks for calling though. I messaged them twice but haven't got a response yet.

It's the same knee Bradford tore last season.

    Re: Bradford Injures Left Knee

ESPN's Adam Schefter just reported this on his Twitter Feed : "Despite Rams QB Sam Bradford thinking his ACL was intact from initial testing, there is real concern that it is not and it could be torn."

NFL Network's Albert Breer just posted this: "Rams coach Jeff Fisher will meet with the St. Louis media at 5:30 p.m. CT. Sam Bradford's MRI is today. Lots of folks holding their breath."

    Re: Bradford Injures Left Knee

Fisher was a real genius throwing everyone off the scent and pretending we were after a QB in the draft....

I mean, why would we want to have a future QB in the wings since our guy was A) Proven and B) not injury prone... ???? (NOT).

I guess his back up plan was a decent veteran, ala Shaun Hill, but at this point, does not seem like a great plan.

I feel like Donald was a Luxury we could not afford. With two picks in the first round we should have went OL, QB. or QB, OL. At the very least, picked up some QB with potential, like Bridgewater or Garoppolo in the second round instead of picking up some catholic school kid in the 6th.

    Also from Breer:

If there's one trade target makes sense for the Rams, if Bradford is out for any period of time, I'd say it'd be Eagles QB Mark Sanchez.

The only fact about this whole situation is that Sam left the game with an injury and Fisher has a press conference in three hours where we'll here more about it. Anything else is guess work until 5:30 cst.

    Nick Wagoner ‏@nwagoner

Per @mortreport, Bradford does indeed have a torn ACL in his left knee. A devastating blow for the #Rams.

    Re: Mortensen: Bradford TORE ACL

Crazy how pumped up you can get for a season, and it's only two weeks away, then the most important player on the team gets injured and is out for the year.

True, however, it's unlikely they'd hold a press conference just to say, "He'll be fine, just a minor injury." If it's a tear, and he's out for another 6 weeks, I can't see him as a long-term answer at the QB position. Five years of injuries, not being able to train and work with receivers, and inconsistent play is enough for me.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

    Re: Bradford Injures Left Knee

Another season over before it even begins if the reports of a torn ACL are true. I've been a supporter of Sam's since day one, but it's obvious the guy cannot stay healthy. Time to move on. Lets just hope that now isn't too late with all the extra picks used up. Brett Hundley out of UCLA would be great.

...and for the reports of possibly getting Mark Sanchez. ...please no. I'd rather go with Hill/Davis.
