re: Updated with Interview Link: FYI -- Les Snead on ESPN Radio the Herd 10:45 EST
I can't think of a better scenario than what has fallen into the Rams laps. They are in such a fantastic position in the upcoming draft. It's no wonder that Fisher choose the Rams over the Dolphins, if for nothing else, the chance to make a deal of a lifetime in this year's draft would be hard to turn down. If this had fallen into Mike Martz, Linehan, or Spags hands I wouldn't feel so gitty, but this draft will be something wonderful I believe. This draft will be a turnaround draft.
I'll say it now, I will be shocked if the Rams are not being touted as having the best draft of all the 32 teams this April. They simply cannot screw this up. They are already the talk of the draft, and I've heard it time after time from numerous experts and GM's on talk radio (ESPN, Sirius NFL) that the Rams are in a once in a lifetime position in the draft. They are the envy of just about everybody.
Can they?Faithful Rams fan since 1968

Listen to the Herd as much as possible, glad I caught that interview today. I am in complete cofindence of Les Snead after this interview. I have also figured out one thing for sure. We WILL trade that pick, and we won't move down too much.
Can we post the link to the interview?? If so, I have it since I sent it to my friend through e-mail and can edit it in to this post!

The interview is posted on ESPN, embedded in an article on what was covered. In the interest of making access to it easy, I'm posting a link. Here it is:
