We have to stay aggressive

In our last 3 games we have been out scored 46-3 in the 2nd half. Our offense needs to not only stay on the field but also put up some points. The inability to come out in the 2nd half with effective offensive adjustments is effecting our defense.

I know I'm stating the obvious here but if it's so obvious why hasn't our coaching staff done something about it?

Without getting into all the details.... yes.

Shurmur was fairly well balanced calling 13 pass and 13 run plays in the 2nd half. (and they weren't the same pattern over and over)

We scored 10 points in the 4th quarter.

We took 3 points off the board to burn more clock... gutsy and aggressive.

Did we get crazy with the pigskin after that... no but that isn't going into a shell it's playing smart football.

We kicked a field goal and went up 3 scores with only 6:35 to play in the game.

Carolina scores but burns a lot of time on the clock. We get the ball back with 3:37 left in the game and still up by two scores. Now we did go run heavy here but this isn't going into a shell either. I think most teams would have gone into clock burning mode.
