He can be a specialty player. Put him at NT to block kicks, HB/TE on goal line packages, DL on goal line packages.

If anything, this guy is giving the Rams a lot of press. His story is EVERYWHERE.

Yes, I suppose that in this case / story, size does matter. The Rams' Too-Tall Brown!

Is Coach Fisher just having fun in training camp with this kid? [NOT 'making fun', that's different.]

I'd imagine we're just taking a flyer on him. There's probably little to no risk, and who knows, but maybe an NFL positional coach could get more out of him. Seems like his biggest problem is going to be getting low enough in his stance to get leverage. Maybe we could get him in an intensive yoga program for a year while on the practice squad?

    Two things come to mind...

    Andre the Giant, Rams edition.

And, the scene in the movie "Invincible" where the guys flip over the QB's car - because the regular players were giving Papale a hard time.

Well after looking at a little body of work there is on him, I can see one glaring weakness...he isn't quick enough to switch off his main responsibility in blocking to another target. But am not worried about him getting low enough to block a power rusher--He needs to but "pancake" block him--or in other words Squish the pass rusher by falling on him.-LOL! But honestly I think if he makes the team, he would likely be a specialty player in the run game--straight ahead in short yardage

Re: We signed the Jolly Green Giant!

No doubt he can move the line on 3rd and short and Would have a great chance of blocking kicks , I think he makes the team, Fisher Loves player projects with players like this, Remember Albert Haynesworth lol Fisher was the only coach that could make him play like he did in Tennessee.

So, I think he makes our team's 53 as a specialty player. if not their on the practices Sq. If anyone can make him play well its our staff
