I wonder if Schottenheimer and Williams will be present at tomorrows presser.
This is controversial to some Rams fans, but if you've seen the 1999 Titans with Williams under Fisher, he's got a good resume under there. Plus I think this system is also more suited for the talent we have. I'm cautiously optimistic about this hire.
In my opinion theres nothing more a Rams fan could ask for. A BEAST DC, solid HC, and a manageable OC? Sounds like were going really tough on D, move the ball offense, and win by playing tough hard nosed football. LETS GO!Quote:

I just looked up the stats of the last season Williams was DC under Fisher.
The defense...
Only allowed 1390 rushing yards. (86.8 per game)
Only allowed 2423 passing yards. (151.4 per game)
They had 55 sacks and 17 interceptions.
Now those are some numbers to sink your teeth into. : )
